1. Use of Service

PDFLY provides free online PDF tools for personal and commercial use. You may use our tools without creating an account or paying any fee. You agree not to use our service for illegal purposes.

2. File Processing

Client-side tools process files in your browser. We never receive these files. Server-side tools temporarily upload your file for processing and delete it immediately after conversion or within 1 hour, whichever comes first. You retain full ownership of all files you process using PDFLY.

3. No Warranty

PDFLY is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our services. We are not liable for any loss of data during file processing.

4. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
